Vegas Pool Parties 2027 - When to Book, What a Cabana Costs, Which Pool for Which Group

Vegas pool season for 2026 wraps at the end of October. If you are a UK group booking Vegas for 2027 - stag, hen, milestone birthday, F1 build-up weekend - this is the window where decisions start getting made and prices still land in your favour. 2027 opening-weekend DJ lineups and cabana pricing will publish between late January and mid-February 2027, and the Saturday cabanas on the three fixed-date US holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day) will be gone by March. Here is the 2027 season as we see it from twenty years of handling Vegas trips: which pools matter, when the venues release their 2027 calendars, what a cabana costs in GBP as well as USD, and the exact rhythm a UK group of 8-12 should use to lock everything in without paying the tourist premium.

The 2027 Vegas dayclub season at a glance

The 2027 pool season will run late March through late October 2027, with the biggest months being April through September. The industry has run this cadence every year for the last decade and nothing is changing for 2027.

  • Opening weekend - traditionally the last weekend of March or the first weekend of April. Expect late March 2027 for most venues, with grand-opening DJ bookings announced in late January / early February.
  • Memorial Day Weekend 2027: Friday 28 May - Monday 31 May. The first peak weekend of the year. Lineups publish by early March; the Saturday cabanas sell out first.
  • April through July 2027 - peak season. Every weekend at every major venue, with lineups confirmed 60-120 days ahead.
  • July 4 Weekend 2027: Friday 2 July - Monday 5 July. Independence Day falls on a Sunday, which pulls the party across all four days. Book by February for the Saturday cabanas.
  • August 2027 - hottest month (daytime averages around 40°C / 104°F). Some UK groups love it, some struggle with the heat; the venues are full regardless.
  • Labor Day Weekend 2027: Friday 3 September - Monday 6 September. The traditional closing-peak weekend. Book by February for cabana weekends.
  • October 2027 - winds down after the first two weekends. Nightswim-style events move indoors at the sister nightclubs.
  • November 2027 - February 2028 - outdoor dayclub season closed. Marquee Dayclub at Cosmopolitan is the one Strip dayclub that runs through the winter, usually with a heated dome covering the main pool.

Outside peak season most dayclubs run weekend-only (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). In peak summer that extends to Thursday through Sunday. Mid-week outside peak the pools are just hotel pools - quiet, sunbathing, no event.

The A-tier dayclubs - the four we work

These are the four we treat as our flagship 2027 dayclub inventory. The roster is stable year to year - these venues will be the headline Vegas dayclubs for 2027 as they were for 2026.

  • LIV Beach at Fontainebleau - the newest top-tier dayclub on the Strip and the daytime counterpart to LIV nightclub. Huge stage, the biggest current-name DJ bookings on the north Strip, contemporary EDM-forward lineups. Saturday is peak. Book a cabana - the crowd density around the DJ booth is high and every sightline that works is reserved inventory. Best of the north-Strip dayclubs for a stag or milestone group that wants scale and current-name DJs.
  • OMNIA Dayclub at Caesars Palace - the daytime sibling to OMNIA nightclub. Multi-level pool venue, strong resident DJs, and one of the more energetic Sunday scenes on the Strip. The natural choice for a group that wants OMNIA branding across both the daytime and the night. Cabana pricing historically sits slightly below LIV Beach for equivalent tier.
  • Palm Tree Beach Club at Resorts World - operated by the Palm Tree Music Festival team. Tropical-house styling, deep-melodic-house lineups (Kygo, Diplo, and the Palm Tree residents rotating through). Ideal for a hen or milestone group who want full dayclub energy without the harder EDM crowd. Reliably the friendliest door of the four. 2027 Palm Tree spring/early-summer pricing historically lands end-January to mid-February.
  • TAO Beach at The Venetian / Palazzo - the reopened TAO dayclub with a redesigned amphitheatre pool. Attached to TAO restaurant and TAO nightclub, so a full evening at TAO proper is the natural pairing. Sunday is often the strongest day. Suits a couples or milestone group that wants a slightly older crowd than LIV Beach and a shorter walk to a credible dinner afterwards.

Two other venues worth knowing about even though they sit outside our core A-tier:

  • Encore Beach Club (EBC) at Encore/Wynn - the largest and most-photographed dayclub on the Strip. Still a major Saturday destination for big-DJ bookings. Legitimate scene; sits outside our core routing but is a fine alternate when the A-tier venues are full.
  • Marquee Dayclub at Cosmopolitan - solid mid-Strip dayclub with a diverse crowd. The one Vegas dayclub that genuinely operates year-round because Marquee seasonally adds a heated dome over the main pool through the winter months. Worth knowing for a January or February 2027 trip when every outdoor venue is shut.

What a cabana actually costs - USD and GBP

2027 pricing confirms when the venues publish their calendars in late January / early February 2027. The 2026 bands below are the reliable benchmark - expect similar structure with modest year-over-year increases at the top venues (LIV Beach, EBC) and more stability at the mid-tier.

Entry-only (general admission): - Men: $60-100 (approximately £47-79) - Women: $30-60 (approximately £24-47); sometimes waived pre-noon or in shoulder season

Table and cabana minimum spend on drinks and bottles: - Daybed (2-4 people): $500-1,500 (approximately £394-1,181) - Second-tier cabana (6-8 people): $1,500-4,000 (approximately £1,181-3,150) - Prime cabana (8-12 people): $4,000-10,000 (approximately £3,150-7,874) - Bungalow with private pool (EBC Big Daddy and equivalents): $10,000-30,000+ (approximately £7,874-23,623+)

Add on every table: - 15% venue gratuity (automatic) - 8.375% Clark County sales tax

A $2,000 cabana lands at approximately $2,500 all-in (approximately £1,969 at current FX). Group of 8 splits to approximately £246 per head all-in. Cabanas are cheaper per head than an equivalent nightclub table because bottle consumption is slower during the day - the same group typically drinks 60-70% of their nightclub volume.

GBP figures above use an approximate FX rate of 1.27 USD / GBP as of October 2026. All venue invoices are USD and settle on the night; the FX rate on the card charge is set by your bank. Travel-optimised UK cards (Chase, Monzo, Revolut, Starling, First Direct) charge zero FX markup; most UK high-street cards charge 2.75-2.99%.

When 2027 prices and lineups actually land

Vegas dayclub venues follow a predictable release cadence. For a UK group booking 2027, these are the dates to watch:

  • Late January through mid-February 2027 - most venues publish their 2027 opening-weekend DJ bookings, their March-to-May event calendars, and their 2027 cabana pricing. Palm Tree Beach Club and TAO Beach typically land in this window.
  • Early March 2027 - Memorial Day Weekend 2027 lineups publish. Weekend cabana inventory starts selling out from here.
  • March through May 2027 - June, July and August calendars publish 60-120 days ahead of each event date. Specific top-headliner weekends (artist-residency Saturdays with named DJs) tend to sell out their prime cabanas 60-90 days ahead.
  • April through July 2027 - smaller and nuanced-lineup events (lower-profile artists, afternoon-only sets) publish around 30 days ahead. If a specific smaller DJ matters to the group, the window is tight.
  • July through September 2027 - late-summer and closing-weekend events, including Labor Day Weekend 2027 lineups, publish on roughly the same 60-120 day cadence.

If a 2027 lineup is "mysteriously still not announced" by the window above, that usually means the venue is still negotiating the DJ booking - it is not a signal that the event is cancelled. The last 30 days before an event is also when some venues drop supplementary afternoon sets and smaller supporting acts.

Dress code - yes there is one

Pool clubs enforce a swimwear-with-cover-up dress code at entry. Standard across all A-tier Vegas dayclubs in 2027 - this does not change year to year.

  • Swimwear required for pool access. Bring proper swim gear.
  • Cover-up required for entry - sarong or dress for women, board shorts and a tee for men. Take it off at the pool.
  • Sunglasses expected (functional, not just fashion - the sun is genuinely bright and reflecting off a pool deck for 6+ hours)
  • Sandals or slides OK (unlike nightclubs where they are refused)
  • Hats OK at pool clubs (unlike nightclubs where they are not)
  • Shirts not required for men at the pool but expected at entry
  • No obviously offensive slogans, no gym gear, no denim

Stag and hen accessories - dayclubs are considerably more forgiving than the night venues. Matching outfits, sashes, veils and themed group colours (all-white, all-pink) are welcome at Encore Beach Club and Marquee Dayclub, and are actively rewarded by staff at the entry - a free bottle for a group photo is a common upside. OMNIA Dayclub and LIV Beach tighten the look on big-event weekends: sashes still fine, inflatables and oversized novelty items less so.

What to bring

  • Sunscreen - factor 30+. The Vegas sun is brutal from April to September. Reapply hourly. Groups who skip this are visibly burnt by 3pm.
  • Water bottle - refill stations inside every venue. Alcohol plus desert sun plus zero water equals a medical incident by 5pm; this is one of the most common pool-day problems the medical teams see.
  • Cash - for cabana staff tips (standard 20% on top of the auto 15% service, splittable) and any pool-side vendors.
  • Portable phone charger - the day runs 10-12 hours and outlets are scarce.
  • Sandals you do not mind losing - theft from lockers happens. Nothing good lives in a dayclub locker.
  • A simple watch - checking your phone every 30 seconds in direct sun is not sustainable.

Do not bring any outside medication. Vegas dayclubs enforce no-outside-medication rules strictly. Plasters, paracetamol, Tylenol, Imodium, ibuprofen are all confiscated at the gate without exception. If you need something for the day, take it in your hotel room before you leave and pick up a small stash at CVS or Walgreens on the walk back.

Also do not bring: outside alcohol (confiscated), professional cameras, drones. Standard security.

Which pool for which UK group

Based on the group bookings we handle every weekend of pool season:

  • UK stag do: LIV Beach Saturday for the biggest current-name DJ lineups. OMNIA Dayclub Sunday for the OMNIA-brand crossover between the night and the day. Encore Beach Club Saturday for pure scale and the biggest crowd. All three suit high-energy groups of 8-16 who want the EDM-forward sound.
  • UK hen do: Palm Tree Beach Club, TAO Beach, Marquee Dayclub. More balanced crowd, tropical-house or Sunday-brunch energy rather than peak EDM. Palm Tree is reliably the friendliest for a themed-outfit group.
  • Milestone birthday (30/40/50): Palm Tree Beach Club or TAO Beach. Slightly older crowd, less chaos, credible cocktail programmes alongside the bottle service, and the DJ volume is set to a level that still permits conversation at the cabana.
  • F1 weekend build-up (November 2027): outdoor dayclubs will be closed by mid-November, so this is Marquee Dayclub only. Marquee usually programmes specific F1-weekend events; book the moment the dates publish.
  • Corporate incentive or quiet day: Mandalay Bay Beach, Bellagio pool, Four Seasons pool. Not dayclubs per se - proper hotel pools with cabanas, quiet, no DJ. Right call for a group that wants the sun and a cabana without the party.
  • January or February 2027 trip: Marquee Dayclub only. The heated dome goes up seasonally, making it one of the only outdoor-style dayclubs that runs year-round. Everything else is closed.

How a UK group of 8-12 should actually book this

Group logistics matter more than the ticket price for Vegas trips. The 2027 pattern we recommend:

  • Build the kitty before 2027 pricing lands. By late January 2027 the venues publish and the Memorial Day Weekend cabanas start moving. If your group has decided on Memorial Day Weekend, you want the kitty collected by mid-January so you can commit the moment pricing publishes.
  • Give one person the deposits-and-doorman job. Credit cards used to prepay cabanas must be presented at the venue on the night with matching photo ID. Corporate cards and prepaid UK cards get bounced by venues who do not want chargeback risk. Keep the kitty on one person's account - the responsible organiser - and have them handle the full prepay.
  • Alternative: wire the funds to us against a confirmed quote. Our team will prepay the cabanas against the itinerary, which removes the night-of risk entirely. Groups who have had someone drop off a late night (and lost their $500-1,500 deposit at the next day's venue as a result) tend to prefer this route after it has happened to them once.
  • Confirm cabana vs daybed by the number of chairs you need, not by headcount. A six-person cabana does not actually seat six comfortably when the group is dancing. Prime cabana for 8-12 is the right spec for a stag of 8-10.
  • Book the airport transfer and the dinner before the cabana. The common UK group mistake is booking the dayclub first, then realising there is no plan for 11am breakfast and no reservation for 10pm dinner that night.

Questions

Frequently asked

When does the 2027 Vegas pool party season start?
Opening weekend for most A-tier Vegas dayclubs in 2027 will be the last weekend of March or the first weekend of April. Grand-opening DJ lineups and 2027 cabana pricing publish between late January and mid-February 2027. Marquee Dayclub at Cosmopolitan is the one Strip dayclub that operates through the winter via a heated dome, so if you want a Vegas pool day in January or February 2027, Marquee is the answer.
When should I book a Vegas pool cabana for 2027?
Memorial Day Weekend 2027 (29-31 May), July 4 Weekend 2027 (3-5 July) and Labor Day Weekend 2027 (4-6 September): book the Saturday cabanas by February. Standard peak-season Saturdays (April through September 2027): 6-8 weeks out. Sunday events including brunch-format days: 4-6 weeks out. Off-peak Thursday or Friday weekends: 2-3 weeks is fine. Same-week bookings sometimes work for daybeds; prime cabanas and bungalows almost never.
How much does a Vegas dayclub cabana cost in 2027?
Based on the 2026 bands which are the reliable 2027 benchmark: daybed (2-4 people) $500-1,500 minimum spend, second-tier cabana (6-8 people) $1,500-4,000, prime cabana (8-12 people) $4,000-10,000, bungalow with private pool $10,000-30,000+. Add 15% automatic gratuity and 8.375% Clark County sales tax on top. A $2,000 cabana lands at approximately $2,500 all-in, or roughly £1,969 at current FX. Group of 8 splits to approximately £246 per head.
What is the best Vegas dayclub for a UK stag do in 2027?
LIV Beach at Fontainebleau Saturday for the biggest current-name DJ lineups on the north Strip. OMNIA Dayclub at Caesars for the OMNIA-brand crossover between the daytime and the nightclub, which suits a group doing both at the same hotel group. Encore Beach Club Saturday for pure scale. All three suit high-energy groups of 8-16 who want EDM-forward lineups and want to go hard on bottle service.
What is the dress code at Vegas dayclubs?
Swimwear at the pool with a cover-up required at entry (sarong or dress for women, board shorts and a tee for men). Sunglasses expected. Sandals, slides and hats are all fine at dayclubs (unlike nightclubs where they get refused). Stag and hen accessories like sashes, veils and themed group colours are welcome at Encore Beach Club and Marquee Dayclub, and are actively rewarded by staff at entry at Palm Tree Beach Club.
Can you still do a Vegas pool party in November or December?
The outdoor dayclub season is closed from early November through late March. Marquee Dayclub at Cosmopolitan is the single exception - the venue adds a heated dome over the main pool through the winter months, making it the only Vegas dayclub that credibly operates in November, December, January and February. Everything else is closed. If a group has fixed on a winter Vegas trip, Marquee Dayclub is the only true dayclub answer.
Do UK groups usually prepay cabanas or pay on the night?
Both work in Vegas but each has a trap. Prepay removes the risk that someone drops off the group late on day two and the group cannot cover the cabana, but requires the credit card used to be presented on the night with matching photo ID, which bounces corporate cards and prepaid UK cards. Paying on the night keeps the card logistics simple but exposes the group to the drop-off risk. The route we recommend for groups of 8+: pool the funds into one organiser's account and have that person prepay, or wire the kitty to our team and we prepay against a confirmed itinerary quote.
