A Vegas hen — hour by hour

Four days, one bride, no missed reservations.

This is the templated shape. Fri lunchtime arrival, Sun/Mon home. Everything below is what runs on a normal weekend — the specifics (which club, which pool, which restaurant) swap based on what's on and what the bride actually wants.

    Airport pickup at Harry Reid — private transport, not a queue

    Sprinter or party bus for the group at baggage claim. Bottled water, phone chargers, a first-drink option if the bride wants one before the wheels are up. Twenty minutes to the Strip; the driver already knows the hotel and the check-in desk.

    Welcome-sign photo stop — the shot the whole group came for

    Direct route to the Las Vegas Welcome Sign for the group photo before check-in. Best light window is 4-6pm; the driver waits, the whole thing takes 20 minutes. Sash and any hen accessories on for the photos, off before the door on any nightclub later — see the dress-code guide.

    Day one dinner + a soft-night club table

    Book the room the group can settle into on arrival — Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio for a fountain-facing seating with dinner-theatre programming, or STK at Cosmopolitan for the vibe-dining option. Follow with a soft-night table (Thursday Terrace at OMNIA, midweek Hakkasan) so nobody's blown out on day one.

    Day two — the dayclub, the cabana, the sit-down brunch

    Pickup for 11am dayclub doors — LIV Beach at Fontainebleau for the residency programme, OMNIA Dayclub at Caesars for the newer room, or TAO Beach at Venetian for the Daniel-Popper-designed setup. Beach cabana for the group with bottle service and food menu. Brunch happens at the cabana, not a separate reservation.

    Saturday — the headliner nightclub table

    The night the whole weekend hangs on. Table at OMNIA, XS (after November re-open), LIV or Hakkasan — chosen against who's headlining that specific Saturday. Table captain who already knows the group; bottle service that shows up before the group hits the door; a route back to the hotel that isn't Uber-surge.

    Sunday — the low-key close

    Pool day for the group that's still up for it (Palm Tree Beach Club at MGM is the Sunday move — Kygo's crew, melodic-house programming, easier BPM than Saturday). Or brunch at a restaurant and shopping if the group is spent. Airport transfer for the flight home; the driver's back at the hotel forty minutes before wheels-up.

We don't quote a per-head number until we know the shape of the trip. Party size, headliner Saturday vs soft Saturday, cabana tier — those move the cost dramatically. Send the brief and we come back with an itemised itinerary within one business day.

The questions we hear on every hen brief.

Do you book the hotel?
No — you pick the room, we build the trip around it. Most hen groups land at Cosmopolitan, Wynn or Fontainebleau; we handle transport and reservations against whatever hotel you've booked.
Passports, ESTAs, visas?
Each guest's own responsibility — not something we file for anyone. We'll flag the ESTA + passport timeline when we send the itinerary, but the actual application sits with each hen. Dress code at Vegas dayclubs and nightclubs — what gets in?
Dayclubs are permissive: swim, cover-up, sandals all fine. Nightclubs (OMNIA, XS, Zouk, Hakkasan) are strict — cocktail dress or dressy top with jeans/skirt, heels or dressy flats. How much extra should we budget for tipping?
About 15-20% on top of your on-ground spend, roughly £130-180 per hen across a 4-night trip. Bottle service is 18-20% auto-added; separate cash tips for the bartender ($1-2/drink), cocktail waitress, housekeeping ($3-5/night), valet ($2-5). How do we get everyone to pay their share?
We collect deposits directly to the venues holding your tables and cabanas — no LTV planning fee sitting on top. Every quote breaks down taxes, venue fees and gratuities inline so the group treasurer sees the all-in cost per person, not a headline.
What about adult entertainment?
We don't put it in the brochure. If the group asks, we can route to hen-friendly options through trade — we don't push it.
Can we add a wedding-eve dinner if the wedding is in Vegas too?
Yes — many hen groups are pre-wedding parties for couples marrying in Vegas that same weekend. We coordinate the two together — hen weekend rolling into ceremony without a handover between planners.
Is a hen do the same as a bachelorette party?
Same trip, different word. UK bride = 'hen do' or 'hen weekend'. US bride = 'bachelorette party'. We plan them identically — everything on this page applies to both.
