Milestone birthday · 30th · 40th · 50th · 60th
The birthday weekend, worth booking a flight for.
Here is what a Vegas milestone actually looks like when we run it. Bar crawls with the boys or girls in fancy dress, cabanas at the pools that don't need explaining, dinners at the rooms every guest will remember. Bend any of it around the celebrant — nothing on this page is a package, everything is what we actually book.
What a milestone weekend actually looks like
Three days, one celebrant, every reservation held.
This is the templated shape most milestone groups land on. Friday afternoon arrival, Sunday/Monday flight home. The specifics — which restaurant, which pool, which club or bar crawl — swap based on the guest of honour.
- 01
Airport pickup — Sprinter or Escalade, no baggage-claim scramble
Private transport at Harry Reid for the whole group. Bottled water, phone chargers, a first-drink option if the celebrant wants one. Twenty minutes to the Strip; driver knows the hotel and the check-in.
- 02
Arrival dinner — the room the group will remember
First-night dinner at Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio (dinner-theatre with fountain-facing seating) or Carbone at Aria (Major Food Group Italian-American — spicy rigatoni vodka, veal parm). Book fountain-facing at Mayfair, corner booth at Carbone; both need to be flagged at reservation, not on arrival.
- 03
Day two — bar crawl, fancy dress, cocktails that don't disappoint
The signature milestone move. Bar crawl the group has always wanted to do, in the fancy dress the celebrant won't let anyone forget. Route: cocktails at Herbs & Rye or the Juliet Cocktail Room at Venetian to warm up, up to the Legacy Club at Resorts World for the view, close at 66 (Resorts World rooftop). One driver, one route, no Uber-surge between stops.
- 04
Day three — cabana at an A-tier pool
Pickup for 11am doors. LIV Beach at Fontainebleau, OMNIA Dayclub at Caesars, or TAO Beach at Venetian — chosen against the guest of honour's vibe. Beach cabana with bottle service and food menu; brunch happens at the cabana, not a separate reservation. Nap window before the night.
- 05
Saturday night — dinner + a table if the group wants one
STK Cosmopolitan or Komodo at Fontainebleau for the vibe-forward dinner (both read younger than the classic steakhouse rooms). Follow with an A-tier club table if the group has legs — OMNIA on a headliner Saturday, LIV if Saturday's residency is who you want. Or skip the club and take the cocktail bar route home. Nobody's obligated.
- 06
Sunday — the low-key close, then home
Late brunch and a walk on the Strip, or a spa morning at the hotel. Airport transfer for the flight home; driver's back at the hotel forty minutes before wheels-up.
What we actually handle
Everything above, plus.
- Private airport transfers (both ways) — vehicle sized to the group.
- Every restaurant, dayclub, bar-crawl and nightclub reservation on the itinerary.
- Cabana or club-table bottle service, priced at the venue rates with taxes + gratuity inline.
- Optional event stacking — F1, fight weekend, Sphere show, Allegiant Stadium.
- Restaurant buyout options for 20+ groups (Mayfair Supper Club, STK, Komodo).
- On-trip WhatsApp with the planner for real-time swaps.
We don't quote a per-head number until we know the shape of the trip. Group size, weekend, cabana tier, whether the celebrant wants a headliner club night — those move the cost dramatically. Send the brief and we come back with an itemised itinerary within one business day.
Frequently asked
The questions we hear on every milestone brief.
- How is this different from the hen or stag pages?
- Same operator team, same logistics — different posture. Milestone trips usually mix couples and partners rather than a single-sex group; the pace runs slower; the dinners matter more; the club nights are optional rather than the point. The bar-crawl-in-fancy-dress energy is still on the menu if the group wants it.
- Do you book the hotel?
- No — you pick the room, we build the trip around it. Milestone groups usually land at Wynn, Cosmopolitan, Aria or Fontainebleau depending on the age of the celebrant and the guest mix.
- Can we add a specific event — F1, a fight, Sphere show?
- Yes. Milestone weekends often pivot around a signature event the birthday person wanted to see — F1 Las Vegas, a heavyweight title fight, a Dead & Co Sphere residency. See /events for what's on the calendar.
- What if the group is 20+ people?
- Restaurant buyout options at Mayfair Supper Club or STK; multiple club tables including one A-tier; private dayclub cabana or villa; full coach or Sprinter transport; a planner on the ground for the trip. Send the brief and we come back with an itemised itinerary within one business day.
