1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of londontovegas.com and any concierge service we agree to provide to you. By enquiring, engaging our service, or completing a booking, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

London to Vegas is operated by MyRSVP Group LLC, a Nevada limited liability company at 6020 Badura Ave, Ste 110 #10012, Las Vegas, NV 89118, United States.

2. Definitions

  • "we", "us", "our" - MyRSVP Group LLC, trading as London to Vegas.
  • "you", "client" - the individual or group of individuals engaging our service.
  • "supplier" - any third-party venue, restaurant, transport operator, hotel, event organiser, host, or professional we arrange on your behalf.
  • "booking" - a confirmed engagement following a signed proposal or accepted quote.

3. What we are - and are not

London to Vegas is a concierge and planning service. We act as your agent in dealing with suppliers on the Strip and in the wider Las Vegas market. We are not a travel agent, a tour operator, or a package holiday provider within the meaning of the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

We deliberately do not sell flights, ATOL-protected packages, or hotel accommodation, which is why we are not registered with ATOL or ABTA. You book your own flights and your own hotel; we handle the concierge layer once you are in Las Vegas.

Where we procure a service from a supplier on your behalf, the contract for that service is between you and the supplier. Our contract with you is limited to the concierge, planning and coordination work we perform.

4. Enquiries and quotes

Enquiries submitted via our website, email, WhatsApp or phone are not binding until we respond with a written proposal or quote. Quotes are not valid for a specific time frame — instead, they are based on live supplier availability and pricing at the venue level. Prices can change at any time; we do not hold tables. Where you accept a quote, we move immediately to secure the supplier deposits that lock the booking.

5. Prices and payment

  • Currency. All prices are quoted and contracted in Great British Pounds (GBP). We display a live United States Dollar (USD) equivalent for information only; the GBP figure is the price you pay.
  • Payment methods. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay) processed by Stripe. Bank transfer available for bookings over GBP 15,000 on request.
  • How we bill. We do not charge a planning fee or hosting fee. What you pay is the supplier cost — tables, cabanas, restaurants, transport, tickets — passed through with an itemised breakdown and at the rates set by each supplier. Full transparency on taxes, venue fees and gratuities is included in every quote so the all-in cost is always clear.
  • Deposits. Venue deposits city-wide are 20% of the table minimum and go directly to the venue to lock the booking — refundable at the venue level up to 72 hours before the event. Transportation contractors typically require 100% up front to hold a vehicle. Other supplier deposits (event tickets, restaurant buyouts) follow each supplier's own policy, disclosed inside your quote before you commit.
  • Balance. By default, the balance settles at each venue on the night — you pay the venue directly. If you'd prefer we handle nightly settlement across the trip for you, we can arrange payment terms; discuss when the itinerary is confirmed.

6. Suppliers, venue rules and age restrictions

Suppliers set their own rules and prices, which we pass through to you unchanged. Common examples:

  • Age. The legal age for casinos, sports betting, and alcohol in Nevada is 21. Guests aged 18-20 will be refused entry to any casino floor, any nightclub, and any bar. This applies to every venue on the Strip without exception.
  • Dress codes. Nightclubs, dayclubs, and fine-dining restaurants enforce dress codes at the door. Suppliers can and do refuse entry to guests who do not comply. Refusal at the door is not a ground for refund from us or the supplier.
  • Minimum spend. Table minimums, cabana minimums and event minimums are set by the supplier and are payable in full at the venue regardless of what your party actually consumes.
  • ID. Every guest must present a valid physical passport at the door of any casino, nightclub or bar. Photocopies, photographs, and driving licences from outside the United States are commonly refused. This is Nevada state gaming law, not a venue policy.

We warn you of these rules in writing before your trip. Where a supplier refuses service to a guest for a breach of its own rules, no refund is available from us or the supplier.

7. Refunds

We do not charge planning or hosting fees, so there is nothing to refund from us directly. Refunds happen at the venue level — most Vegas venues will refund a table deposit up to 72 hours before the event, subject to their own policy. Where a supplier refunds costs to us following a cancellation, we pass any recovered amounts through to you within 14 days of receipt. Transportation contractors and restaurants running large-group bookings may have different policies; we disclose those inside your quote before you commit. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation for reasons personal to your party.

8. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • A valid passport and, for UK citizens, a valid ESTA authorisation obtained before travel. See our ESTA guide for the current process and lead times.
  • Comprehensive travel and medical insurance appropriate to your trip and activities.
  • Compliance with US immigration, Nevada state law, and any venue-specific rules communicated to you in writing.
  • The lawful conduct of every member of your party. You are liable for damage to supplier premises caused by your party.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or downgrades caused by suppliers, airlines you have booked directly, or any factor beyond our reasonable control. The contract for any service procured from a supplier on your behalf is between you and that supplier.

10. Intellectual property

All content on londontovegas.com, including copy, photography, videos, and design, is the property of MyRSVP Group LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

11. Data protection

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Subject to the paragraph below, the state and federal courts sitting in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute between us.

If you are a UK-resident consumer, nothing in this section removes your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence in respect of a consumer contract, where UK law grants you that right.
