Here is what a Vegas stag actually looks like when we run it — the standard shape a UK groom's group can lift straight from this page. A Vegas stag — hour by hour

Four days, one groom, no missed reservations.

This is the templated shape. Thu/Fri arrival, Sun/Mon home. Everything below is what runs on a normal weekend — the specifics swap based on the weekend (F1 stag looks different, a fight-weekend stag looks different again).

    Airport pickup — Sprinter or party bus, no queue

    Private transport at baggage claim for the whole group. Bottled water, phone chargers, first-drink option if the group wants one. Twenty minutes to the Strip; driver already knows the hotel and the check-in desk — no confused lobby wandering.

    Welcome-sign photo stop + a low-key dinner

    Route via the Las Vegas Welcome Sign for the group photo before check-in. Dinner at STK Cosmopolitan for the vibe-dining steakhouse, or a classic Vegas room. Follow with a soft-night table (Thursday Terrace at OMNIA, Thursday industry night at Hakkasan) — day one shouldn't blow anyone out before Saturday.

    Day two — the dayclub cabana

    Pickup for 11am doors. LIV Beach at Fontainebleau for the residency programme with LIV Nightclub crossover, OMNIA Dayclub at Caesars for the newer room, or TAO Beach at Venetian for the Popper-designed setup. Beach cabana for the group, bottle service, food menu, DJ programme through 6pm. Nap window before the night.

    Saturday — the headliner nightclub table

    The night the whole weekend hangs on. Table at OMNIA, LIV or Hakkasan against who's headlining that specific Saturday. XS reopens November — one to know for later. Table captain who knows the group; bottle service pre-set; a driver back to the hotel that isn't Uber-surge at 3am.

  5. 05

    Optional — the strip-club night if the group asks

    Not in the brochure. Routed through trade partners on request only. Discreet transport, discreet door, the whole thing detaches from the itinerary — nothing lands on the group WhatsApp. If nobody asks, this stage doesn't exist.

  6. 06

    Sunday — recovery day + the home flight

    Pool day for whoever's still up (Palm Tree Beach Club at MGM — Sunday programme is softer than Saturday). Or a late brunch and shopping if the group is done. Airport transfer times the flight home; driver's back at the hotel forty minutes before wheels-up.

We don't quote a per-head number until we know the shape of the trip. Party size, headliner Saturday vs soft, cabana tier, event weekend — those move the cost dramatically. Send the brief and we come back with an itemised itinerary within one business day.

Do you book the hotel?
No — you pick the room, we build the trip around it. Most stag groups land at Resorts World, Cosmopolitan or Fontainebleau. We coordinate transport and reservations against whatever hotel you've booked.
Passports, ESTAs, visas?
Each lad's own responsibility — not something we file for anyone. We'll flag the ESTA and passport timeline when we send the itinerary; the actual application sits with each guest. Dress code at Vegas nightclubs — what actually gets in?
No shorts, no vests, no sports jerseys, no baseball caps at any A-tier venue (OMNIA, XS, LIV, Hakkasan, Tao). Dark jeans + button-down + clean leather trainers is the floor. How much extra should we budget for tipping?
About 15-20% on top of your on-ground spend, roughly £130-180 per lad across a 4-night trip. Bottle service is 18-20% auto-added; separate cash tips for the bartender ($1-2/drink), cocktail waitress, housekeeping ($3-5/night), valet ($2-5). How does the group admin work — deposits, dietary, WhatsApp?
Deposits go directly to the venues holding your tables and cabanas — no LTV planning fee sitting on top. Every quote breaks down taxes, venue fees and gratuities inline so nobody argues about the settle. On-trip WhatsApp with the planner for the real-time swaps that always happen.
Strip clubs — are they part of what we book?
Yes, if the group asks. We don't push it and we don't put it in the brochure, but Vegas has the club scene the reputation is built on and we book responsibly through trade partners. Route stays discreet.
What about stacking the stag with a fight or an F1 weekend?

Is a stag do the same as a bachelor party?
Same trip, different word. UK groom = 'stag do' or 'stag weekend'. US groom = 'bachelor party'. We plan them identically — everything on this page applies to both.
