- How do you bill corporate programmes?
- No planning or management fee. What you pay is the supplier cost — venue buyouts, catering, table minimums, transport, tickets — passed through with an itemised breakdown showing taxes, service charges and gratuities inline. Deposits go directly to the venue or operator to lock the booking.
- Do you have a separate corporate intake?
- Yes. The /enquire form splits leisure from corporate. The corporate path collects company, contact name, role, programme type, headcount, target month and an optional RFP attachment. Response within one business day, with a costed outline attached.
- How do you handle confidentiality?
- NDA-grade by default for senior-executive programmes, ownership groups and any programme where the delegate list would otherwise leak. Single point of contact, contract negotiation in your name where appropriate, no name-dropping in case studies without written permission.
- Can you handle 100+ delegates?
- Yes — full-programme DMC. Venue buyouts across restaurants and pool decks, coach transport for the delegation, dedicated on-ground planner, named-supplier accountability. We don't run more than two of these concurrently to protect quality.
- Which conventions do you plan around?
- The whole Vegas convention calendar — IMEX, CES, HLTH, Money 2020, NAB, MJBizCon, SEMA, SHOT Show and every other week-long occupier of LVCC and the Wynn/Encore ballrooms. Programmes stack around whatever week your team is already in town.
