Weddings · Elopements · Renewals

The wedding, without the wedding-industrial complex.

Two routes in. If you want the fast, iconic Vegas wedding, we partner with Neon Chapel on Fremont — expedited, in-and-out, and straight onto the rest of the trip. If you want the full luxury weekend, we route to the top wedding planner in Las Vegas for $1M+ weddings. Everything around either — transport, dinners, receptions, pool day, after-party — is us.

The paperwork, in plain English

Clark County marriage license - what UK couples actually need.

Nevada is the fastest US state to get married in, and Clark County (the county Vegas sits in) is the fastest county in Nevada. No blood test, no waiting period, license valid immediately, couples from anywhere in the world welcome. Two UK passport holders can walk in, get a license, and be married the same afternoon.

Where you go

Clark County Marriage License Bureau, 201 East Clark Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Open 8am to midnight, seven days a week, including public holidays. Sprinter door-to-door transport is included in every LTV wedding package.

What it costs

$102 as of 2026 (cash preferred; card accepted with a $2.50 processing fee). Fee is per couple, not per person. Some chapels bundle the license fee into their package price - we clarify which route you're on before you land.

Documents (UK citizens)

Both parties present in person. Valid UK passport for both (must not expire within 6 months of the wedding date - see our ESTA guide for the same 6-month passport rule). No birth certificate, no ID from home country, no notarised anything.

Previously married?

Divorced or widowed applicants need to know the exact date and place that the prior marriage ended. Clark County does not require the divorce decree or death certificate for the license itself - but bring it in your carry-on for peace of mind and for any airline agent who asks about name changes on the way home.

The short answer

Total elapsed time from passport-out at the bureau to signed license: 45-90 minutes on a weekday, 90-120 minutes on a weekend or public holiday. The ceremony is separate - book that with Neon Chapel or your chosen venue first, then hit the bureau in the morning of the ceremony.

Two routes in

Fast + iconic, or full luxury weekend.

Route one · Fast + iconic

Neon Chapel on Fremont.

Our partner for the classic Vegas wedding — a fast, iconic ceremony on Fremont Street with a proper room, an ordained officiant, and expedited paperwork so the ceremony lands on the day it needs to. Straight from “I do” onto the rest of the trip — cocktails, dinner, dayclub the next morning if you want it, headliner club table if you don't.

Best for: elopements, small wedding parties, couples who want the ceremony to be one part of a Vegas trip rather than the whole thing.

Route two · Full luxury weekend

The top wedding planner in Vegas.

For weddings that need a full production team — welcome dinner Friday, ceremony Saturday at an off-strip estate or a hotel venue buyout, reception with catering, photography and video team, orchestrated transport for 80+ guests, morning-after brunch. We route to the operator we work with on $1M+ weddings and coordinate every LTV touchpoint around it.

Best for: 30-100 guest weekends, full-production days, couples with the budget and appetite for the orchestrated version.

Rough budget bands

What weddings actually cost from the UK side.

Vegas weddings run a bigger price range than any other wedding market on earth. A GBP 800 elopement and a GBP 500,000 estate weekend are both normal. These are the shape-of-the-trip bands we run most often, in GBP, all-in for the ceremony side (not including flights, hotel rooms, or guest travel). Every quote is bespoke - these are starting orientations.

Route one - basic elopement

GBP 800 to 2,500

Neon Chapel ceremony (or equivalent) + license fee + photographer on the ceremony hour + Sprinter for the couple's transport. Just the two of you or a witness or two. Runs the same day you arrive if the license appointment lands right.

Route two - elopement + small dinner

GBP 3,000 to 8,000

Everything in Route one + a private-room dinner for the couple and 6-12 guests at an A-tier restaurant (Carbone, Mayfair Supper Club, STK, Komodo) + welcome-drinks-and-photo transport for the group + a dayclub cabana or nightclub table the next night for a soft after-party.

Route three - 20 to 40 guest weekend

GBP 15,000 to 45,000

Ceremony at a hotel venue (Bellagio, Wynn, Aria private space) or the Neon Chapel with the full guest list + welcome dinner Friday + reception Saturday with catering, DJ, floral, and photography + coach transport for the guests + morning-after brunch. Range depends on F&B tier and whether the reception is a semi-private dinner or a full-buyout production.

Route four - full-production 40 to 80 guests

GBP 60,000 to 200,000

Routed to the top wedding planner in Vegas - venue buyout at a chapel or off-Strip estate, full-production team (planner + florist + design + AV + photography + video + hair-and-makeup), full-weekend programming (welcome dinner Friday, ceremony + reception Saturday, brunch Sunday), orchestrated transport across the weekend. Every quote is bespoke; we broker the introduction and coordinate the LTV touchpoints around it.

Route five - 100+ guest full-production

GBP 200,000 to 1,000,000+

The million-dollar Vegas weddings the industry gets famous for - private estate, live headliner entertainment, chef's-tasting reception, 4-day guest programme, hotel buyout for the wedding party. Handled entirely by the luxury-planner partner; LTV coordinates the UK-side guest logistics and any Strip-nightlife add-ons.

Flights (GBP 400 to 800 per person round-trip from LHR) and hotel rooms (GBP 150 to 500 per night) are separate and booked direct by you. The ceremony bands above are for the wedding itself - ceremony, reception, and any LTV-coordinated add-ons.

Wedding timeline

From WhatsApp to walking down the aisle.

The rough shape most LTV weddings follow. Elopements compress this into 3 to 4 weeks; full-production weekends stretch it to 12+ months. Adjust to your calendar.

  1. 6+ months out

    Initial brief. Route decision.

You send us the WhatsApp with the shape of what you want (elopement, small dinner, full weekend, 100+ guests). We come back within one business day with a costed outline and route recommendation (Neon Chapel vs luxury-planner referral). No commitment yet - just the shape.

  2. 3-6 months out

    Hotel + ceremony venue locked.

You book the hotel direct (we recommend based on guest count and vibe). We lock the ceremony venue with a deposit direct to the chapel or planner. Save-the-dates go out to the guest list.

  3. 8-12 weeks out

    Reception + reservations locked.

Reception venue booked, dinner reservations placed across the trip, photographer or full production team confirmed. Sprinter or coach transport routes drafted.

  4. 4-6 weeks out

    ESTAs + passports checked.

Every guest (and the couple) applies for ESTA at esta.cbp.dhs.gov ($40, 72h+ before flight - see our ESTA guide). Passport 6-month rule verified for every UK traveller. Final headcount, dietary requirements, and any accessibility needs collected via the group WhatsApp.

  5. Wedding week

    Land Wednesday. Married Saturday.

Land Wed/Thu with a welcome dinner Thursday night. Marriage license appointment at the Clark County Bureau Friday morning (couple only). Rehearsal dinner or hen/stag add-on Friday evening. Wedding Saturday. Morning-after brunch and pool day Sunday. Fly home Monday.

Around the ceremony

Everything the day and the weekend need — that's us.

Whichever route you pick for the ceremony itself, the rest of the trip runs through the LTV desk. Every reservation, every transport, every table booked at a venue on the Strip.

  • Welcome dinner and rehearsal dinner reservations across the Strip.
  • Restaurant buyouts for larger receptions (Mayfair Supper Club, STK, Carbone, Komodo).
  • Cabanas or villas at the A-tier pools for a morning-after brunch.
  • Nightclub table for the pre-wedding hen/stag or the after-party.
  • Sprinter or coach transport for the wedding party and the guests.
  • Airport transfers for the whole guest list — both ways.
  • Photography and video coordination through the venue partner where we're running the ceremony.
  • Optional extras — helicopter Strip flight for the post-ceremony, Sphere show, F1 hospitality if the wedding lands on a race weekend.

We don't quote a per-head number until we know the shape of the trip. Ceremony route, guest count, dinner buyout or reservation, whether the couple wants a headliner club table — those move the cost dramatically. Send the brief and we come back with an itemised itinerary within one business day.

Frequently asked

The questions we hear on every wedding brief.

Is a Vegas wedding legally recognised in the UK?
Yes. A Nevada marriage licence + a Nevada-officiated ceremony produces a marriage certificate that's automatically recognised in the UK. You register the certificate at the General Register Office on return (no additional legal step, no re-ceremony needed). Your marital status in the UK updates from the date on the Nevada certificate.
How long does the whole thing take from arrival to ceremony?
The Clark County Marriage Bureau licence takes 10-15 minutes to process (walk-in, no appointment, no blood test, no waiting period). Ceremony can happen the same afternoon. Realistic timing: land in the morning, licence by lunch, ceremony by evening. Full weekend if you want dinner + reception + a proper photo shoot around it.
What does a Vegas wedding actually cost for a UK couple?
Two-person elopement via Neon Chapel starts around £800-1,500 all-in (licence, officiant, chapel slot, photographer, dinner-for-two reservation). A 20-guest wedding with venue buyout + dinner reception at Mayfair Supper Club or STK: £8-15k. A full-production 50-100 guest weekend via our luxury-planner partner: £50k+ depending on venue, catering tier, and photography package. All quotes GBP-contractual with venue fees + gratuities inline.
Do you handle the marriage-licence paperwork?
No — we don't file marriage licences. UK couples apply in person at the Clark County Marriage Bureau on arrival (no blood test, no waiting period, 10-minute process). We flag the timing and the Bureau hours in your itinerary. UK recognition of the Nevada certificate happens automatically once you register it at the General Register Office on return.
Do you book our hotel?
No — by design. You book the room directly. We recommend the property that suits your ceremony choice and party size and coordinate transport around it. Most LTV wedding couples land at Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, Wynn or Fontainebleau depending on the guest mix.
What does the desk actually organise on a wedding?
Ceremony venue coordination through our partner (Neon Chapel on Fremont for the fast-turn wedding, or a luxury planner for full weekends), transport for the wedding party and guests, restaurant reservations across the trip, dayclub cabanas or nightclub tables for the pre or post, dinner buyouts if the guest count needs one. Everything except the room and the paperwork.
Can we bring guests? What's the max party size?
Yes — most Vegas venues handle 20-80 guests comfortably. Neon Chapel accommodates up to about 40. For 40-80 we route to hotel venues (Bellagio's chapels, Aria's ceremony spaces, Wynn's private rooms) or an off-Strip estate. For 80-150 we route to a full-production wedding through our luxury planner partner. Every additional guest adds ~15-25% to the transport + dining logistics.
What about honeymoon extensions?
Common. Two patterns work well: (1) fly the guests home Sunday, keep the couple in Vegas an extra 3-4 nights (spa mornings, one nice dinner, a Grand Canyon day trip); (2) fly the couple onward from Vegas to LA or Hawaii for the honeymoon proper. We coordinate transport, restaurant reservations, and hotel recommendations for the extension — flights + hotels are your booking direct.
What about vow renewals and anniversaries?
Same engine, without the licence step. Ceremony at a venue you remember, dinner buyout with the kids, or just the chapel-plus-after-party of the original day.
