The operation

Twenty years running Vegas hospitality. One team, in residence.

London to Vegas is the UK-facing front door to a Vegas hospitality operation that has been running tables, cabanas, casino host relationships, and group logistics on the Strip for two decades. This is what we do and how the pieces fit together.

What we do

The four things that matter.

Twenty years of Strip relationships

That means we know which club to send you to on a Tuesday, which area at the pool parties best suits your group, which restaurants will hold a table on 24 hours' notice, and which hosts run which properties. Two decades of booking bottle service, cabana upgrades, host introductions, event hospitality, and group logistics on the Strip.

Our fulfilment desk

You are talking directly to the team that will run your trip — the same on-ground planner from the first email through to the final settle. No sub-agent hand-off, no white-labelled front-of-house. When you enquire on London to Vegas, you are enquiring with the operator team.

GBP-contractual, itemised breakdown

Every published price is in GBP and that is what gets written into your contract. USD is shown live next to every figure for clarity, refreshed daily, but the pound is contractual. We do not charge a planning fee. Supplier costs (tables, cabanas, restaurants, transport, tickets) are itemised — with taxes, venue fees and gratuities inline — so you see the all-in cost, not a headline.

Vegas-resident, British-facing

The audience is British — it has been our biggest client demographic for the twenty years we've been running Vegas trips — so the pricing, the tone, and the calendar are calibrated for UK travellers. The operation is American in residence, because that is where the tables, cabanas, hosts, chapels, and venues actually are. We don't maintain a Mayfair office and we don't pretend to.
