London to Vegas is operated by MyRSVP Group LLC, a Nevada-registered company — twenty years of Vegas hospitality operations. The rooms, the tables, the hosts and the venues are all in Vegas, which is where we are. British in voice and audience, American in residence — and we don't fake a London desk to pretend otherwise.
We deliberately don't sell flights or hotel accommodation, which keeps us out of the ATOL/ABTA scheme entirely. You book your own hotel room and your own flight; we handle everything that happens between landing at Harry Reid and the wheels-up flight home.
Every published number and every quote is in GBP and that's what gets written into your contract. We show a live USD equivalent next to every price for clarity, refreshed daily. Every quote breaks out taxes, venue fees and gratuities inline, so the all-in cost is always visible — not a headline number that grows at checkout.
We don't charge a planning fee or a hosting fee. What you pay is the supplier cost — tables, cabanas, restaurants, transport, tickets — passed through with an itemised breakdown at the rates set by each supplier. Any deposits you place go directly to the venue or the transport operator to solidify the booking. We simply provide the options; once you settle on the shape of the trip, we get to work on the deposits that lock it in.
Refunds happen at the venue level — most Vegas venues will refund a table deposit up to 72 hours before the event, subject to their own policy. Since we don't charge our own fees, there are no refunds from us to process. Transport contractors and restaurants running large-group bookings may have different policies; we make those clear inside your quote before you commit.
