Transport
Landing at Harry Reid, from the UK.
A group of six to twelve lands at Harry Reid International after a ten-hour direct from Heathrow and eight hours of time difference. Terminal 3, baggage reclaim, into the taxi queue — which, on a Friday or Saturday evening, is one of the longer waits in American aviation.
A pre-booked car is the difference between starting the trip at the hotel bar and starting it in a line. Below is the quote form from our transport partner for the airport leg, and the direct route to us for the weekend car.
Airport transfer
Point to point, airport to hotel.
One pickup, one drop-off, one quote. Enter the flight number and the hotel; the form returns a quote in a minute. The driver tracks the flight — if the inbound slips, the pickup slips with it. No wall-clock surprise, no missed-pickup fee.

The weekend itself
Pools, dinner, clubs. A driver who stays.
A UK stag or hen weekend is roughly eleven movements across three nights — welcome-sign photo stop, dayclub cabana, pre-dinner drinks, dinner, nightclub, back to the hotel at 3am, pool day, airport. Plans move. Groups run late. This is not three separate transfers; it is hourly hire with a driver who stays with the group.
Sprinter, Escalade or party bus depending on group size. We handle this end directly — the brief sits on our side, the driver is pre-briefed on the itinerary, swaps on the night go through WhatsApp with your planner.
Brief the weekend car →Getting home
Depart earlier than you think.
Harry Reid is a 20-minute drive from the Strip in off-peak hours and 40 minutes in peak. UK groups returning to London on BA 274 or Virgin VS44 face a long-haul check-in that opens three hours before the gate closes; checked bags for a group of eight take time; TSA takes time; the walk from TSA to the long-haul gates at Terminal 3 takes time.
The pattern we see work: pickup from the hotel three hours and thirty minutes before wheels-up, which lands the group at check-in three hours before departure with the Strip-to-airport buffer absorbed. Build this into the itinerary at booking time rather than discovering it on the morning of departure.
Frequently asked
The questions UK groups actually ask about Vegas transport.
- Does Bell quote the whole weekend, or just the airport?
- Bell's quote form prices a point-to-point trip — a transfer. The two typical use cases are airport pickup and airport drop-off. For the weekend itself (dayclub, dinner, club, back to the hotel at 3am), the group needs an hourly hire with a driver who stays through — a Sprinter, Escalade or party bus, depending on size. That is a different booking and we handle it directly through the enquiry form.
- Which terminal do the London flights arrive into at Harry Reid?
- British Airways 275 and Virgin Atlantic VS43 both arrive at Terminal 3 at Harry Reid International (LAS). The transport partner meets groups curbside at the ground-transportation level directly outside the baggage claim exit for Terminal 3, following the posted meet-point for pre-booked car services.
- How much before our flight should we book the transfer?
- Three weeks out is comfortable for a standard arrival; two weeks is still workable. The exceptions are the three Vegas peak weekends where every car in the fleet is already deployed by six weeks out — F1 weekend (mid-to-late November), the week around Super Bowl, and the week around EDC Las Vegas. For those, lock the transfer the moment the trip is confirmed.
- What vehicles can the group pick from?
- The quote form shows the available vehicle class for the group size and bag count you enter. Our transport partner runs the standard Vegas range — sedan, SUV, Sprinter, mini-coach, party bus. Final selection happens inside the quote; capacity confirms before the booking lands.
- What happens if the flight is delayed?
- Our transport partner tracks the arrival on the flight number you give at booking. If the inbound slips, the driver's pickup time slips with it — no re-quote, no missed-pickup fee. This is why the booking flow asks for the flight number specifically rather than a wall-clock pickup time.
- Can we pay with a UK card?
- Yes. The quote form takes UK Visa and Mastercard. UK Amex is accepted on most vehicle classes but not all; the form flags if a specific vehicle restricts Amex. Travel-optimised UK cards (Chase, Monzo, Revolut, Starling, First Direct) charge zero FX on top of the USD-settled rate.
- Does LTV take a cut of the transfer rate?
- No. The quote shown in the Bell form is Bell's own rate — taxes, airport fees and gratuity included on the final step. The commission that funds the referral is paid to us by Bell separately; it does not sit on top of the price you see.
