The Fontainebleau anchor
LIV Las Vegas sits inside the Fontainebleau tower as the celebrity-driven nightlife anchor. David Grutman's Groot Hospitality runs it — same team behind LIV Miami. Main room plus a balcony; the overflow moves outside to LIV Beach when the crowd spills, which happens on residency Saturdays.
