F1 Las Vegas — the British viewer's programme.

Wed-Sat race weekend, on-Strip circuit, 10pm Saturday-night race start. UK-built programme: tickets in the band you want, transport that actually works on race-day road closures, dinner reservations on nights the city is impossible, and a route to comped tickets and rooms where the rate of play supports it.

Where we like to sit

Two grandstands worth paying attention to.

  • Bellagio Fountains VIP Grandstand — run by Tao Group, directly over the fountain show. Best view of the fountains you will ever see, and a great backdrop for the race photos. If you want the classic Vegas photo andthe F1 hospitality feel, this is the seat. Books out earliest of any premium grandstand; we prioritise this for clients confirming before August.
  • Sphere Grandstands — a view of the sharpest turns on the track (where the cars actually slow down instead of blur past) plus the Sphere itself in the backdrop, plus a decent slice of the skyline. It's the underrated pick and it consistently sells out later than the Bellagio side. Best value-per-view of the premium grandstands.

Race weekend, hour by hour

Wed-Sun on the ground — the LTV F1 programme.

What a UK F1 weekend actually looks like when we run it. Bend any of it around the group and the tier you're in.

  1. 01

Wednesday — arrive, acclimatise, dinner at the hotel

Private transport from Harry Reid to your hotel; light dinner at the hotel restaurant to beat jet lag; early night so Thursday doesn't start behind. Skip any late nights Wed — Thursday practice is a full evening and Friday qualifying runs late.

  2. 02

Thursday — Free Practice 1 + 2 in the evening

Transport pickup 5-6pm depending on grandstand. FP1 kicks off ~4pm local, FP2 around 8pm. Grandstand or Paddock Club access as booked. Post-session dinner reservation held for 11pm at Mayfair Supper Club, STK or Komodo depending on group size and vibe. Ridesharing works Wed/Thu; falls apart Fri/Sat.

  3. 03

Friday — Qualifying + the first hard road-closure night

Free Practice 3 in the afternoon, qualifying 8pm local. This is when Strip closures bite — we swap to pre-arranged private transport with drivers who know the closure map. Post-qualifying dinner at Carbone (Aria — 5-min walk from the OMNIA-side of the circuit) or a nightclub table if the group has legs. F1 celebrity spotting peaks Friday night.

  4. 04

    Saturday — the race

Late brunch or a spa morning at the hotel. Transport at 6-7pm to grandstand. Lights out 10pm local. Bellagio Fountains VIP guests get the fountain show timed to build-up laps — worth being seated early. Post-race the paddock lounge stays open (Paddock Club tier) or we route to a table at LIV / OMNIA for the after-party. Sunrise stop back at the hotel.

  5. 05

    Sunday — recovery, then home

Late brunch. If the group wants one last stop, we route to Palm Tree Beach Club for the Sunday programme (softer BPM than a Saturday). Airport transfer times the flight home; driver back at the hotel forty minutes before wheels-up.

The comp route

F1 tickets + rooms via a casino host.

If you're a rated player at any Strip property, F1 tickets and rooms can be fully or partially comped based on rate of play at the tables. This is the fastest route to a Paddock Club seat that doesn't come out of pocket. We route this through the LTV casino-host desk — the host arranges tickets + suite; we handle everything around it (transport, restaurants, non-race-day programme). See /casino-host for how the routing works property-by-property.

Frequently asked

What UK F1 groups ask before they book.

When exactly is the 2026 Vegas Grand Prix?
Race week runs Wednesday 18 November through Sunday 22 November 2026. Practice sessions Thursday evening, qualifying Friday, race Saturday night (10pm local start — the schedule is deliberately Vegas-late for global TV). UK travellers arrive Wednesday to acclimatise; wheels-up home Sunday or Monday.
What's the difference between Grandstand, Paddock Club, and trackside villa?
Grandstand = fixed seat with a defined view of one stretch (cheapest entry, £1.5-4k). Paddock Club = official F1 hospitality — paddock walk, full catering, open bar, paddock-side grandstand (£8-15k). Trackside villa = private viewing villa with its own balcony over the circuit; the most exclusive tier, £25k+, sells out earliest.
Which grandstands do you actually recommend?
Bellagio Fountains VIP Grandstand (run by Tao Group, over the fountain show — classic Vegas backdrop plus racing action) and the Sphere Grandstands (the sharpest turns on the track plus the Sphere itself lit for the weekend). Both listed below with why.
Do you handle hotel rooms during F1 week?
No — LTV does not book hotel rooms. But Vegas properties triple their rates during F1 week and rooms with a track view sell out fast, so we'll tell you honestly which property fits your programme (proximity to the pit lane, view of the strip, ease of access on road-closure days) and you book direct. Cosmopolitan, Bellagio, Wynn, Fontainebleau are the four we route to most for F1.
How does transport work on race day?
Half the Strip closes for the circuit, so ridesharing is unusable Wed-Sat night. We pre-arrange private transport with drivers who know the closure map (drop-offs at the correct grandstand entry, not the front-of-hotel), so a 15-min ride doesn't become a 90-min re-route. Party bus, Sprinter, or Escalade sized to the group.
How early do I need to book?
Grandstand seats are usually findable 3-4 months out. Paddock Club and trackside villas sell out 6+ months out. If you're reading this and race weekend is less than 4 months away, WhatsApp us today — we can still put a programme together, but grandstand tier will be limited to what's left on secondary markets.
Can I comp F1 through a casino host?
Yes — this is the play if you're a rated player. Property casino hosts can comp F1 tickets AND the room based on your rate-of-play at the tables. We route this through the casino-host desk; it's the fastest way to a Paddock Club seat that doesn't come out of pocket. See /casino-host for how the routing works.
What about restaurant reservations during F1 week?
Every A-tier restaurant is booked out by August. We hold reservations for LTV F1 clients at Mayfair Supper Club (Bellagio), Carbone (Aria), STK (Cosmopolitan), Komodo (Fontainebleau) across the four nights. If your group has a specific room in mind, flag it in the enquiry and we'll try — otherwise we route to whichever holds capacity + fits the programme.
